Hi Shawn:

Everyone is welcome to participate in COMAL, regardless of state of
residence.

I've asked for city of residence of participants historically, but not
county. The reason I ask for city is to enable MOBirders to learn of other
subscribers/birders who live nearby. And, since most of us bird close to
home a majority of the time, if we forget to include city/county info in our
signature blocks (as good listserve manners strongly encourage) one might
reasonably assume which "Horseshoe Lake, etc." was being referenced.
