This morning, while curry_combing her seeing-eye dog, my daughter-in-law was almost hit by a sharpie/Coopers. It had dived at some sparrows in the grapevine on the back fence, then flew between her and the house (space about 4 feet), and up and away. Was also in the yard, airing the cats -- just heard the sparrows screaming & saw the flash of wings. Happened too fast to get ID. That's getting a bit close.
