Big Lake today:    
About 350+ shorebirds were present on the south end of the lake.  Many were too far away to identify.

90 Stilt Sandpipers
35 Lesser Yellowlegs
2 Greater Yellowlegs
43 Franklin's gulls
1 Herring Gull
9 Ring-billed Gulls
Blue-winged and Green-winged Teal
N Shovelers
Gadwalls
N Pintails
Mallards
Horned Larks
Savannah Sparrows
White-throated Sparrows
Orange-crowned warblers
24 Yellow-rumped Warblers
Cooper's Hawk
210  Blue Jays- This was the biggest flock I have ever seen.  They were moving quietly across the prairie in a southwest direction.
