(and others) can be viewed at (and downloaded from)  Hulton Archive (www. hultongetty.com)--anyone can log in, reentering name as "company," which seems harmless enough.
 
Also, numerous references to TSE in "The Arch-Poet," vol. II of R.F. Foster's Life of Yeats, received yesterday via most efficient www. amazon.co.uk.
