I vaguely remember a reference in FOR LAUNCELOT ANDREWS.
Also Eliot was a member of something called the St. Ann Society (or something
like that) , along with Dorothy Sayers and Charles Williams (of Inklings fame).
I believe Ferrar & co. was one of their interests.

Subject: Little Gidding

Just out of curiosity -- are you familiar with any articles on Eliot's connections with Little Gidding, what he thought of the earlier community, or George Herbert, anything of that nature?
I'm familiar with work on the poem itself but not these other issues.
Thanks in advance.
