Last evening, several of us walked the Grasslands Trail at Rock Bridge State
Park. The place is just loaded with Indigo Buntings and Common
Yellowthroats ! We also had several Summer Tanagers, four Eastern Kingbirds
in one small tree, Field Sparrows, calling Bobwhites in several locations,
Bluebirds, young Baltimore Oriole with mother, RW Blackbirds, GB Heron, and
assorted other usual suspects.

We heard at least 2-3 Sedge Wrens, and got fleeting glimpses of one as it
worked through the lower parts of tall grasses. All were on the trail that
goes west out of the parking lot - heard and seen about 1/3 of the way down
the trail, then heard again in an area where there is a large stand of
Rattlesnake Master plants on the south side of trail.
