MISSOURI BIRDS
Riverlands EDA, St. Charles co.
- **3 LEAST TERNS** - out in Ellis bay about half to 2/3rds of the way from
Heron Pond as one is traveling toward the observation tower. They were on a
horizontal log with one CASPIAN TERN
- one STILT SANDPIPER - Cora Island road (fluddle is evaporating quickly)
- 3 Lesser yellowlegs - Cora Is.
- one Semi-palmated sandpiper - Cora Is.

Various egrets/herons in Pintail Marsh/pond at REDA, but no shorebirds but
Killdeer.

ILLINOIS BIRDS:
Two Rivers NWR, Calhoun co, IL. Pump Station road/Calhoun wetlands (fluddles
here are evaporating quickly too)
- 12 Lesser yellowlegs
-16 + Least sandpipers
- one Pectoral sandpiper
- 3 Semipalmated sandpipers
- bunches of Killdeer.
- one Spotted sandpiper
- 5 Snowy egrets

Other promising looking shorebird habitat (MO):
Hwy H near Mertz road
Powers road by RR track
BTW, Fluddles on Dwiggins about dried up.
