Your best bet is to attempt to immitate the call the best you can. I've seen
that done numerous times with much more success than with tapes.

If you don't think you could even come close (although the quality doesn't
have to be spectacular for it to still work), I'd do a quick online search
for "Owl Call Tape", or something of that nature.
