Over and around the Bean Lake cabin: American White Pelicans; D-c Cormorants;
Turkey Vultures; Eastern Phoebe; Tree Swallows; Killdeer; A. Woodcock.
A Sharpshin Hawk scattered the red-wing blackbirds and every other regular
feeder bird, twice today on his swings through the south lot.
Still had 2 Harris Sparrows, 3 White-crowned and a few Tree Sparrows along
with the usual feeder guys. Our little covey of Bob-white quail was down
today from 9 to 4, guess they found a better buffet somewhere else.

later,
Frances Cramer
