A few years back there was a Snowy Owl seen from either I-29 or I-435 near
KCI. A few years before that, one was seen near the Resurrection Cemetery
where I-435 and M-291 intersection. Both locations have lots of open land
around them, which could attract a Snowy Owl. Of course, the airport itself
is a good place for a Snowy Owl.

Maybe you saw a Snowy Owl.
