Mr. Harringon asked about Turkey Vultures in Missouri right now.  Dave Henness saw one soar
over Joplin a couple of days ago - good for a Count Week for the Joplin CBC held 12-28-02
We also have a Merlin for CW. 
 
With five areas checking in out of eight we have 60 species.  Slightly below average. 
Ducks and sparrows were hard to come by, although one party had good numbers of Harris's       White-crowned and Savannahs.  Nothing that was observed was extraordinary.
