SCOTER at REDA, Creve Couer and Prairie Falcon

I had a hot line message recorded sometime between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm today that two black scoters were seen in Ellis Bay roughly across from Heron Pond today, Nov .1
As to the white-winged scoter at Creve Couer Lake, it was not seen by quite a few birders from around 1:00 pm - e:30 pm today. This group included the original observers, Charlene Malone and Mike Grant.
The Prairie falcon was also searched for today to no avail.
