Something else to keep an eye out for..........Also had 1 MERLIN fly past in the same area as the owl.          Josh Uffman, St. Louis Co.

Dave Rogles, Josh Uffman and the Friedels had a SHORT-EARED OWL at
Riverlands EDA, St. Charles co.
The bird was along Riverlands Way Road, just past Wise road.
Hope the number of Short-eareds have re-bounded this year. :-)

REDA is much more birdy toward sunset.
Dave said that there were a lot more pelicans and Hooded mergs came along
with more waterfowl.
