Sorry this is a day late, I just finally joined MO-birds.
Yesterday (Sunday, 10/13/02) was a great day on SLU's campus
(St. Louis).  I kept having to take breaks from studying to
go search through the sparrow flocks.  I tried to be
conservative with the estimtes:

Field Sparrow, 4
CLAY-COLORED SPARROW, 1 (4th this fall)
HENSLOW'S SPARROW, 1 adult
White-throated Sparrow, ~60
White-crowned Sparrow, 1 1W
Song Sparrow, ~40
Lincoln's Sparrow, 1
Swamp Sparrow, ~40
Dark-eyed Junco, ~15

Other birds of note:

Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, 2
Eastern Phoebe, 5
Winter Wren, 2
House Wren, 4
Marsh Wren, 2
ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER, 1 (first on campus, #93)
Tennessee Warbler, 1
Common Yellowthroat, 2
