This depends on the species. Waterfowl hunting is probably what you are referring to, and waterfowl season has not yet begun. Typically, hours for hunting dove, rails, and others is 1/2 before sunrise to sunset, although you should consult the area manager or the regulations (available through links at the Missouri Dept. of Conservation web site) for definite information.

Are there hours connected to hunting different species at Eagle Bluffs?  It's my understanding that birders can drive on the main road and go beyond the cormorant trees between the hours of 1 and 3 p.m. when the gate is to be open.  That's not too appealing if there are hunters in the area.
