Dear Rick,

    Right you are. The Dial publication was for the Nov 1922 issue,
published ca 15 October 1922 (without notes or dedication), whereas the
Criterion was the October issue, which was printed 1 October, I believe. I
get my information from Gallup, C135.
    There are a few slight textual discrepancies, and the Notes were held
back to be unique to the book (A6, 15.12.22). There is  a lot of
correspondence about this in the letters.
