So, an off-Broadway musical is in production called "Katdashians! Break The Musical!" that is a parody of the Kardashian clan using songs from "Cats." Andrew Lloyd Webber sics his legal team on them, supposedly not because Lloyd Webber objects to the use of his music but because of his agreement with Mrs. Eliot not to parody the poems (although in the U.S., if not in the U.K., parody is deemed a fair use of copyrighted material.) The lawyers say something different. The producers say that they don't use Eliot in their lyrics.
