My native tongue, but never heard of this or much similar. There is of course 'don't give a shit' or not worth a shit. Also, maybe for a trivial sum or inconsequential value, not worth a tinker's cuss etc or even not worth tuppence ( of course two pennies)
There are comprehensive dictionaries of UK slang which can be consulted, but I'd lay money on their containing nothing.
It just might possibly be archaic, relating to the meagre pay of sailors, whose main remuneration was rum and rations but maybe a token amount of money such as this.
