Hi. I'm looking to send some of my graduate student reporters out to areas where they can report on this topic, especially the legacy of U.S. munitions in Laos/Cambodia and also in Iraq and Afghanistan. In the second case, since I can't actually send them to Iraq or AF, I'm looking for good stories in neighboring countries, i.e. where they could go in Jordan to find where mine and munitions survivors are getting assistance or living, where the U.S. govt, NGOs or others are training people in how to do de-mining and Unexploded Ordinance removal, etc.
We'll also need fixers/drivers so pls let me know!
Thanks and best,
