My apologies. I meant to include the URL for the publication.

Subject: [SERIES-L] Presidential transition series
I have the publication “What the federal government can do to encourage green production” In front of me. It was published in 2008.
It clearly states on the left side of the cover “Presidential transition series”.
The t.p. has 2008 to the left separated by a bar from “Presidential transition series”.
There is an authority record with this phrase in a 4xx .
My publication is put out by the same organization (though I have also seen some by Harvard AND IBM Center for the Business of Government).
I was hoping someone would be able to either modify this authority record (perhaps by putting the year in the 430? Or create a new one for a new year. The latter option seems as though we may end up with a plethora every four years.
I’m open to suggestions on how to handle this series.
