Read the following and then think twice about your opinion of G.W.B.
If you're really serious about G.W.B. you
might want to compare him to Teddy R. No Bull!
Exercise for seniors.
For those of us getting along in years, here is a little secret for building
your arm and shoulder muscles. You might want to adopt this regimen. Three
days a week works well according to tests.
Begin by standing outside behind the house, with a 5-lb. potato sack in each
hand. Extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them here as
long as you can--try to reach a full minute. Relax. Repeat daily for at
least three days each week. After a few weeks, move up to 10-lb. potato
sacks, and then after a few more weeks, move up to 50-lb. potato sacks.
Eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb. potato sack in each
hand and hold your arms straight out for more than a full minute. After you
feel confident at that 100-lb sack level, then start putting a couple of
potatoes in each of the sacks, but be careful not to overdo it.
PS. If you reach the full 100-lb sacks level, you should enter the Guinness
Book of Records.
You've earned it!
