Apology extended, & I won't do it again.

Some maillists (e.g. femecon-l) have explicit policies that forbid use
of posts without sender's permission. Other maillists explicitly or
implicitly assume that posts are public property.

As I said in a later post, clearly I'm a bit unclear today.
