A Readers Digest filler I remember from about 60 years ago. A German
refugee professor orders Scotch and Soda in a New York bar. When the
drink comes, the scotch and soda have both been poured into the glass.
He complains that he wanted a scotch and soda, not a scotch with soda.
What's the difference, the waitress wants to know. The same as the
difference between a woman and child and a woman with child he responds.
