Childs' paper is 17 pages of which two full pages are footnotes (36 in
all.) He cites other papers, the Times and books of military history
I supplied other information that got crossed in the mail.
I'm not re-typing the citations as I've got other, better things to do
and, besides, I was recently chided off list for doing students' homework
and maybe I should take that to heart.
